Who We Are
Mirfa International Power & Water Company (“MIPCO”) was established on 29 September 2014 as a Private Joint Stock Company in the emirate of Abu Dhabi within the United Arab Emirates. MIPCO is the tenth project in the private power and water sector launched under the Department of Energy (formerly ADWEA) Privatisation Program. MIPCO’s corporate office is located in Abu Dhabi city whilst the plant facility is located approximately 160km west of the city in the Al Dhafra Region of Abu Dhabi.
